How we make it “official”
No matter how experienced you are, interviewing for a new job can be stressful. So, we’ve made the process as easy and streamlined as possible.
The talent acquisition interview
Your first interview will be with a member of our Talent team. The purpose is to get to know you, your aspirations and skills better, and give you an opportunity to learn more about Propeller too.
The hiring manager interview
Your second interview will be a meet-and-greet with the manager responsible for the position. The purpose is to give you a better understanding of the role in practice, specific work requirements and the team in general.
The Propeller challenge
Now comes the fun part! Everyone gets to complete a challenge which give you a hands-on insight into a “day in the life” of the role. Show us what you’re made of and how you might tackle this role!
The final interview
This is behaviour-style interview which deep dives into your previous experiences. Starting from your education through to your most recent role, it will explore what you enjoyed about each role, what you learnt and experiences with leadership.
