If your team uses Propeller within the EU or UK, this certification offers added peace of mind about how we are keeping your personal data safe and secure. The DPF ensures that companies like Propeller handle personal data with care, with transparency, and in compliance with international privacy standards.
Under current regulations, specific safeguards are required to transfer data across borders between the EU or UK and the US. Without certification under the DPF, these transfers can often need extra contracts, complex legal clauses and technical controls to stay compliant. By certifying under the DPF, Propeller has certified that it handles your data in compliance with all relevant regulations, and therefore removes the need for all those added complexities.
This simplifies how we work together and confirms that Propeller meets the high bar set by global regulators for data protection. This is all achieved without any additional effort from you.

What’s changing?
As of March 17, 2025, Propeller relies on the EU-U.S. DPF and the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF to govern all data transfers from these regions. This change is already in place and allows us to support global operations more efficiently while offering added assurance that your data is secure.
